Balsamic Fig Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
- 2 sl bacon, diced
- 4 ea bone-in chicken thighs
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, quartered
- 4 ea fresh figs, quartered
- 1/2 C marsala wine
- 2 T balsamic vinegar, reduced
- 1 C chicken stock
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy and remove from the pan. In the same pan, brown the chicken on both sides and remove them from the pan.
- Brown the mushrooms, then add the figs to soften. Add the marsala, balsamic, and chicken stock to the pan, then return the chicken and the bacon to the pan, cover, and continue cooking until the chicken is done.
- Plate and serve hot.
